Operation:

  • Turn the on/off switch to the ON

  • Position and turn the thermostat to the desired temperature 

  • DO NOT USE unless cooking surface is covered in a fluid (oil, water, food, etc.)

  • Can be used for shallow frying, oil should not exceed 1/8"

  • Please see manual for different cooking methods (roasting, simmering, steaming, etc.)

How to clean:

​

  • Clean surface with brush or bendable spatula

  • Clean back, sides, front and inside/outside of lid

  • Fill with a couple gallons of water and add a splash of Sysco cleaner

  • Empty water and thoroughly wipe down with rag and allow to air dry

  • Close lid when done
