Operation:

• Press the power switch to ON position

• Preheat by turning knob to desired setting & wait until the temperature light cycles off

• **Milk/Egg based products should be placed into a cold kettle (can stick)**

• Pour the food into kettle

• Refer to manual for cooking guides

How to clean:

​

• Add water to the kettle to prevent food from sticking

• Allow stuck on food to soak on a low temperature setting

• Use our Neutral Disinfectant spray and scrub interior clean with a nylon brush and thoroughly rinse then dry 

• Spray down exterior and wipe down with a soft dry cloth
