Operation:

  • Plug the machine in and turn switch to ON

  • *Safety guards must be down in order to operate

  • Adjust thickness handle to desired thickness - 1/32" - 1 5/8"

  • Start with a higher thickness and work your way down

  • Prepare the belt with flour to prevent sticking and add dough to belt

  • Use the directional controls to work dough through the rollers until you reach your desired thickness

How to clean:

  • POWER OFF AND UNPLUG BEFORE CLEANING

  • Use a Nylon Brush to clean flour and dough residue off machine

  • Lift safety guards and adjust thickness to highest setting

  • Spray down surfaces with Sysco Peroxide Disinfectant and wipe down entire machine with a cloth

  • Allow to dry thoroughly before next use
